First thing you need to do is check for cracked eggs.
Then soak your eggs in warm water for a few minutes and clean.
Place your eggs in a pot and cover eggs with plain vinegar or 1/2 water and 1/2 vinegar.
The vinegar makes the shells soft and easy to peel.
Once the liquid just starts to boil, start timing for 5 minutes.
Allow the eggs to cool when the boiling time is up.
Once cooled start peeling, rinse and allowed to dry on a paper towel. Store in Refrigerator until ready to
use in your favorite Quail Egg Recipe.
